Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations & Check-in

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment.
  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and at an additional charge.
  • A valid ID or passport is required at check-in.

2. Payments & Cancellations

  • Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers.
  • Cancellation policies vary based on booking type; late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

3. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other guests.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
  • Any damage to resort property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

4. Children & Extra Beds

  • Children are welcome, and special accommodations can be arranged upon request.
  • Extra beds are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

5. Use of Facilities

  • Pool, spa, and gym facilities are for registered guests only.
  • Proper swimwear is required in the pool area.
  • The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

6. Food & Beverage

  • Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless approved by management.
  • Special dietary requests should be communicated in advance.

7. Event & Conference Bookings

  • Corporate and private events require prior booking and confirmation.
  • Venue setup and catering services must be agreed upon in advance.

8. Force Majeure

  • The resort is not liable for disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

By confirming a booking or using our facilities, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The management reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary.
