All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment.
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and at an additional charge.
A valid ID or passport is required at check-in.
2. Payments & Cancellations
Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or bank transfers.
Cancellation policies vary based on booking type; late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.
3. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other guests.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Any damage to resort property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
4. Children & Extra Beds
Children are welcome, and special accommodations can be arranged upon request.
Extra beds are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
5. Use of Facilities
Pool, spa, and gym facilities are for registered guests only.
Proper swimwear is required in the pool area.
The resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
6. Food & Beverage
Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless approved by management.
Special dietary requests should be communicated in advance.
7. Event & Conference Bookings
Corporate and private events require prior booking and confirmation.
Venue setup and catering services must be agreed upon in advance.
8. Force Majeure
The resort is not liable for disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
By confirming a booking or using our facilities, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The management reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary.
